Judo and Jujitsu Beginner Course Booking form

Please complete the form below to book your place on our next 6-week beginner's Judo or Jujitsu courses, starting on 12th January 2019. 

The Judo classes are from 1-2pm on Saturdays at St Mary's Church Hall, Butlins Lane, Roade Northants NN7 2PU
The Jujitsu Classes are from 11.30am to 1pm on Saturdays
